Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PromptHub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including administrators, managers, and end users.

User Accounts and Access

Account Creation

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Access Requirements

Access to the Platform may be restricted based on:

  • Email domain restrictions configured by your organization
  • Role-based permissions assigned by administrators
  • Compliance with organizational policies

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation or servers
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Platform
  • Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform without authorization
  • Share sensitive or confidential information without proper authorization

Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PromptHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create (prompts, components, templates). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to:

  • Store and process your content to provide the service
  • Display your content to users you've shared it with
  • Create backups for data protection purposes

Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring your content complies with data protection regulations
  • Not including sensitive personal data without proper authorization
  • Respecting the privacy rights of others

Service Availability and Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance and updates
  • Emergency repairs or security patches
  • Force majeure events beyond our control
  • Third-party service disruptions

We will provide reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance whenever possible.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, data, or use
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Costs of substitute products or services

The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PromptHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of the Platform
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you create or share on the Platform

Termination

By You

You may stop using the Platform at any time. Contact your administrator to request account deletion.

By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms or applicable laws
  • Poses a security or legal risk
  • Harms other users or the Platform

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. We may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

  • Post the revised Terms on this page
  • Update the "Last updated" date
  • Notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

  • Good faith negotiations between the parties
  • Mediation if negotiations are unsuccessful
  • Arbitration or litigation as a last resort
